Marini’s on 57 in Kuala Lumpur, founded by Modesto Marini, is a multi-international-award winning venue that is the highest bar, restaurant and lounge in Malaysia, located on the 57th floor of a skyscraper situated next the Petronas Twin Towers with an amazing view. Ibiza and balearic sounds is fully represented in the Italian restaurant where the most famous DJs of Ibiza found a meeting point. Marini’s on 57 Sunset Hours has been mixed and compiled by balearic legend, José Padilla in 2014 while Ibiza famous DJs, Chris Coco and Afterlife assumed the responsibility of 2015 compilation.

Simon Mills is lunching Sunset Hours Volume 3 compilation by night at Savannah, Ibiza, broadcast live on Ibiza Sonica radio. I’ll be playing and watching the sun hit the horizon and time a personal fave track ending as the sun disappears.

JOSÉ PADILLA
José Padilla was born in Barcelona and moved to Ibiza in 1975 where he became Dj resident in Café del Mar. He was considered to be the one who has pupularized the chill out music.
He produced the first album “Café del Mar” that started in 1994, and is now labeled under the same name. The music of José is really a tribute to the real Ibiza and the sunset of Café del Mar became a legend as an essential part of the ibicenca experience that audiences applaud each time the sun goes down.
Up to now, the “Cafe del Mar” albums mixed by José Padilla has sold to more then 5 millions copies around the world. His conjonction with Marini’s on 57, Kuala Lumpur’s highest rooftop bar in Malaysia gives us the compilation M Sunset Hours Volume One.
CHRIS COCO & AFTERLIFE
Chris Coco is a DJ in dance music since the ’80s. He has marked Ibiza Night Club with electronic and deep house music, always standing between the chill, the ambient and the downtempo.
You surely remember the Coco Club and all those years of very particular music he produced all along his career.
