Pacha
Pacha was initiated by the idea of the two brothers Ricardo and Piti Urgell, whoever thought up the great idea of starting a club. That was 40 years ago and their aim wasn’t to start a worldwide club but to simply have some fun. In their story, they reported that the local authorities were not at all ready for a phenomenon like that and once they tried to shut down the club because it wasn’t light enough to read a book, but all this year the Urgells succeeded to throw the best parties.
They love people, they love Ibiza, they love dancers and that are the key. “A great party is one where everybody participates,” asserts Piti, smiling. And he is still there to really make the most of it.
The Potbelleez are a three piece Irish-Australian electro-house and dance music group, which formed in 2003 as a duo by DJs Dave Goode, aka David Greene and Jonny Sonic aka Jonathon Murphy. In 2005 they were joined by rapper Blue MC Marisa Lock on vocals and in 2006 by iKid, aka Ilan Kidron on vocals. In October 2007, the group issued their breakthrough single, “Don’t Hold Back”, which peaked at No. 5 on the ARIA Singles Chart and was certified 2× Platinum. On November 2008, their debut self-titled album was released and they issued a second studio album, Destination Now. It spawned Gold and Platinum-accredited singles “Hello” and “From the Music”.
