Solomun

Solomun was born in Bosnia and started as a Dj in 2002. Some years later he began as a producer.

Solomun and Adriano Trolio created the labels Diynamic and 2DIY4. He owns the Hamburg based club Ego with his sister and Adriano Trolio, one of the best underground clubs in Germany.

Solomun mixes Funk, Soul, Hip hop and Disco. His sound can be described as house music, but with deep bass, euphoric melodies and vocals.

His success really emerged with his remix Around (Noir & Haze), elected Remix of the Year 2011 by Resident Advisor.

In 2012 Solomun was awarded DJ of the Year by Mixmag, Producer of the Year by the DJ Awards in Ibiza, but also Best DJ International by the Cool Awards in Brazil.

He is Dj resident at Sankeys Ibiza and also has his own night in Pacha Ibiza.
